All local, international, private or government laws and directives take precedence over any and all of the material presented. Use of this site is contingent on acceptance of viewing any and all advertisements associated with this site.

ATCreadback.com, its company name and associated website, are protected under registered copyright with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. All materials and content displayed on this web site, that are not uploaded by users or third-party news items are the intellectual property of ATCreadback and its affiliates and are protected by international copyright or other intellectual property laws. Members agree to not upload, post or transmit any material for which they do not hold legal copyright. Members or third-party entities that upload or email content to ATCreadback.com grant ATCreadback an unrestricted and non-exclusive right to display and utilize the uploaded content.

Radio frequencies, airways, radio procedures included in this website are for illustration purposes only and are NOT TO BE USED FOR NAVIGATION. The lessons, recordings, guidelines or any other advice or material contained within ATCreadback.com is based on the founder's understanding of Canadian aviation radiotelephony procedures. The information contained on ATCreadback.com is in no way all-encompassing nor is any information contained on this website to be considered approved or authorized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) or any other governing body. Though every effort has been made to preserve accuracy and integrity of the information presented, ICAO and/or local aviation and government regulations supersede any and all information presented. Aviation laws and radio procedures may change at any time and without notice. The intent of ATCreadback.com is to explain the founder's understanding of Aviation English, with the intent of improving the customer's overall comprehension of commonly used aviation-related words and phrases.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

ATCreadback reserves the right to restrict or deny access to this site to any user, including users who have accessed the site in the past at any time. ATCreadback may terminate services with or without cause at any time, without prior notice or warning. Accounts may be terminated for, but not limited to, the following reasons: ad filtering, impersonation of other members, harassment, spam, users with multiple accounts, inaccurate personal information, abuse of membership, account inactivity of more than three (3) months, and by member request.

Users may cancel an account at anytime through PayPal or by sending an email to info@ATCreadback.com. Outside of the 7-day free trial for 3-month and 6-month memberships, payments that have already cleared will not be refunded. No other method of account cancellation will be accepted. Please allow three (3) business days for processing of account cancellation requests.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This user agreement and any disputes arising from it or the services of ATCreadback will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta.

11. RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

By accepting the conditions outlined in this agreement, I hereby release and hold harmless ATCreadback of any liability for any actions I undertake in aviation or otherwise, and waive my rights to legal action against ATCreadback or any of its affiliates.
